Retreat - Melissa Johnson (Chair), Lena Hankins, Abby Odior, Wally King. Organizes the retreat & speakers. Creates agenda & brochure. Makes booklets or packets that might be needed for the retreat. Reminds everyone to bring gift baskets.

GAPS Analysis/Homeless Count - LeAnn Speiser (Chair), Anna Margrum, Lucyanna Walker. Organizes & administers the annual homeless count --a one day event in which the region rep arranges for a homeless count for their specific region area. Compiles & distributes the data.

TA/Monitoring – Cathy Baugh (Chair), Peggy Russell, LeAnn Speiser, Sharon Hess. Provides technical assistance & monitoring of projects. Answers questions about proposals & connects people with different resources available thru HUD.

Public Education - Rob Schroeder (Chair), Lucyanna Walker, Matt Heimbach. Responsible for the website & newsletter as well as keeping the brochure current.

Ranking and Review – Jeannine Woods (Chair), Mary McMahan, Phyllis Thistlewood, Peggy Russell. Over-sees the Super Nofa grant process & prioritizes projects based on set criteria.

Membership – Sue Castleman (Chair), Deb Newman, Renee Kindle, Christy Davis, Mike Heath, Destiny McClement. Brings in new members. Coordinates information binders. Keeps directory updated. Prepares new member packets.

HMIS – Linda Bookwalter (Chair), Keather Thompson. Oversight of the ROSIE HMIS system

Housing Solutions – Wally King (Chair), Sharon Atchison, Keith Brown, Wally King, Kelly Smith, Marie Bowles, Anna Margrum, LaDia Jones. Research funding possibilities for various types of housing programs & report findings
